What to include
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Whether you selected Apple's built-in model or the optional Gemma model.

Common questions
- Does Yemma send my chats to a third-party AI service? No. Chat input and output are processed locally on the device.
- Why does the app offer a model download? Eligible iOS 26+ devices can use Apple's built-in model for text chat without a Yemma download. Gemma is an optional download for image chat and for devices where the Apple model is unavailable.
- Can I delete my local data? Yes. You can delete downloaded models and conversation history from inside the app.
